"Have recently moved in, my moving in experience have been pretty good. Staff at leasing office and maintenance have been very helpful. House is nice, clean and spacious. Only thing which I am going to miss in summers is going to be a ceiling fan."

"Overpriced. False sense of security. No REAL communication (they just send out email surveys). The gate is frequently broken and when it’s not, people still sneak in behind other cars coming through the gate. People attending Braves games sneak in and take the parking spots. Management always says they “have a plan” to rectify the problem and even made us put stickers on our cars but nothing more has ever been done. There used to be a few nice people in the office but there’s been a whole change of management recently. There are some good neighbors, though. Had it not been for them, I would have left much sooner."

"Whitney was super helpful! I walked in without an appointment and she was happy to take me on a tour. She was very knowledgeable about the community and the different units. The property is kept up beautifully! I have been touring different communities in the area and Walton Grove was absolutely the nicest and best kept of them all! I submitted my application that same day... so glad I decided to tour Walton Grove!"

They offer cultural enrichment reimbursements up to 90% on a ticket and their pool even goes as deep 8 feet. The square footage is that of a home. This is a small by mighty community and the owners are amazing."
