"I love these apartments!! I just renewed my lease again. My only problem is the loud new neighbors that live above me. They have a big dog and kids and it’s never quiet anymore. They run and stomp and jump and it’s super annoying but other than that nothing else bad."

"My husband and I came for a tour and viewed a couple different floor plans, they were all really nice we fell in love with the Blue Ridge floor plan. So we applied and let me tell you, the entire application process was EASY! It was handled very professionally. They stayed on top of it and communicated if any information was missing or needed. A few days later we got approved got the keys the same day of approval and moved in the next day! Now our experience of living here for the past three months has been peaceful, our neighbors are respectful and nice, the grounds are kept clean and presentable. It’s a very quiet community and I say community because the leasing off do events for us to all come together recently they had a pool party for everyone that lives here, gave away prizes and all, they also had a porch competition. And they are always open to new suggestions to get the community involved. I still can’t believe we live here. We’ve had two little minor fixes and the next day maintenance came to take care of it. Our unit extremely clean when we moved everything was perfect. We have nothing bad to say about this place we love it here."

"Let me just say this property is so well maintained and beautiful. My sister and I are on the apartment hunt we sent in our application and still awaiting approval. I had the pleasure of going to view the property and can I tell the way Kira felt with us warm, courteous, excellent customer service and her smile and positive attitude made us feel like feel like we already approved. I am telling this staff here is top notch a cut above the rest. I give this place 10 out 10. Kira you are a gem ,thanks for accommodating our visits even though we put you out of your way to go all the way back to the office to get the assistant manger ,who was also accommodating; coming to program the door lock so we could view the lovely apartment . Fingers crossed, we hoping to get approved today."

"It is a beautiful property with a beautiful staff. Everything seems well maintained and the rent quotes were fair. My sister and I were sincerely intending on leasing a unit, but an offer for a more ideal living situation presented itself before we could complete the process. However, Nina was an absolute joy to interact with. She was very generous with her time. She showed us units and the property on multiple visits, with a warm and welcoming spirit. She also did an outstanding job with staying in contact with me. I didn't get a chance to reside here, but from what little I experienced I would definitely recommend it."
