"Have had on going issues with my toilet and after every request for service they send out maintenance but problem still exist when they leave and ticket is closed as if the problem was fixed..it was so much of a headache, yesterday they sent Niko over and he fixed my issue same day! he has great customer service and was even patient with me while I expressed my frustration with maintenance. Also told me he’d come back by before he goes home for the day to double check my issue to make sure I was satisfied and he did… thank you thank you thank you Niko :)"

"Emmanuel was so courteous, fast, and knowledgeable. He had to leave to get a control board and I thought for sure he'd never come back... and yet he did! So quickly. And now I have actual heat. Thank you, Emmanuel!"

"I wish I could give NO STARS!!! It was problematic from the very beginning. It’s a roach motel I had to throw away several of my appliances due to the roaches inside them. The maintenance is slow and takes several days to fix a single solitary thing. I stayed without heat for a week! Do not clean behind themselves when they do fix something. Left several stains on my carpet. They rushed my moved in and the day I moved in it wasn’t ready!! No mirrors porch door didn’t Lock and theScreen stayed falling off! Loose slats on porch be careful!! And it always takes several of them to fix any problem. Pool stays with debris at the bottom cut my foot twice. Some of the tentants/guest that frequent the pool are unruly and rough around the edges. Pool area is full of trash and I swear something died cause it use to stink in that area! The trash compactor stays full trash always up the sidewalk just nasty! The neighborhood is quiet, even though there has been several car break ins as of recently. A lot of foot traffic by individuals I don’t believe to live in either complex. I’ve witnessed some sketchy activity but I mind my business. I honestly couldn’t deal with the roach infestation. The office makes a lot of false promises and act nice! Yet, no one really gives a F$&@!!! Rent at your own risk."

"***MOLD & ROACHES & other PESTS*** Do Not move here unless you want to live in a moldy, roach, and Misc. Pest infested apartment. My boyfriend and I lived in the 2100 building. They switched the apartment I originally chose upon move it, as if I eouldnt notice. The only reason I didn't make a fuss is because I had to be out of my other place. I was stuck!!! Then the apartment was clearly rush cleaned or only cleaned by the prior resident because there was food crumbs, etc all over the kitchen. They typically were ok with completing work orders until there was an electrical issue, they kept pushing that one off. It was still open when we moved out. If you have kids please don't move them to Wesley Trevento, it's not a safe place for their health at all. PARKING: spaces were very tight and ghetto people would park close and ding your car. They also allowed non running vehicles to sit and block spaces for many months. TRASH: the compactors were constantly broken and the volume of trash that would be stacked around the trash area at the back and front dumpsters was unbelievable, it was disgusting. I'm so happy that my financial situation improved last year and I was able to get out of there. I'll never live in any of the Wesley communities again."

"I’m glad I didn’t listen to the reviews , I worked with Sierra , in which I bugged her to death , but she remained consistent and professional, very personable, at the end of the day it’s as difficult as you want to make as long as you have your end covered she will have you covered , my unit was completely renovated, before you move all your belongings in I like how they give you the option to do a inspection on YOUR OWN , so if there’s Issues you can definitely let them know ahead of time ! I currently have no complaints ! Thank you Sierra !!!!!!!"
