"I have tried to view these apartments twice. The first time the leasing agent had to handle an issue with maintenance she said it would be 10 minutes. Waited past 10 minutes she never can back. I booked an appointment online for today at 2pm. I’m in front of the office and received text confirmation and no one is here. I’ve wasted my gas and time twice. Never again."

"Just moved into my first apartment, and Jessica Wood helped me throughout the entire process and made it easy for me to understand. Answered any questions I had. She gave me a present upon move in day! Very kind. The community is nice and quiet, conveniently right off the interstate. Nice gym with a pool, grille, car wash, and a dog park."

"I moved in a few weeks ago and have already had such a great experience! From just the tour alone I was already sold, Jessica is the best and the apartments are soo much bigger than what I'm used to in atl. My one bedroom here is bigger than a 2 bedroom in the city and for so much less. I feel so comfortable here and at peace, the community is so chill so far! I had a few maintenance issues but they were easy fixes and resolved within a few days. One of them was responded to and being fixed within a few hours. The only other things I've experienced negative is that some people don't pick up after their dogs but that's not anything to do with Mgmt. Love it here and hope it stays this great!!"

"Move in process was seamless. Apartment grounds are well kept, community is quiet yet friendly and the front office staff Jessica, Sydney, and Latrelle were amazing and and answered all questions I had before, during, and after the move in process. Such a dream team! The maintenance team is also very responsive with maintenance questions and requests I had as well. Shout out to Freddy as well who was very responsive and friendly when I had maintenance questions and requests when I first moved in. Looking forward to living here for a while."

Seamless Apartment Transfer: Sidney played a pivotal role in helping my son complete the process of transferring to another apartment within the complex. Her thorough knowledge of the property and the intricacies of the transfer procedure made a potentially stressful situation remarkably smooth. Sidney's guidance ensured that we quickly found a new home that met our needs, and her proactive approach to resolving any issues was truly commendable. However, I would like to mention I was not pleased with corporate decision to charge me $500 to transfer plus application fee $200 and $150.00 administration fee and $100 non-refundable fee. All this was initially processed and paid when I first moved in 3/12/2020. Application fee $27.50 Reservation fee $50.00 and non-refundable $100. This made me feel like a new resident all over again. Daily Garbage Pick-Up: One of the unexpected challenges we faced was the disposal of our garbage. Sidney, along with the dedicated groundskeepers, arranged for daily garbage pick-up, making our lives significantly easier during a time when every convenience mattered. This thoughtful gesture exemplified Sidney's commitment to going the extra mile for her residents. Sidney's exceptional assistance went far beyond what we could have expected, and her kindness and dedication shone brightly during our interactions. Her ability to handle complex situations with grace and a friendly demeanor is a testament to her professionalism and commitment to resident satisfaction.
