"My family and I have had such an amazing experience staying here at The Marriott. Ms Kim, Ms Courtney, and the entire staff have been so supportive and caring to us. They have gone above and beyond their call of duty to make sure we have the best service possible. The staff are very professional and compassionate. Their actions speak louder than words. I cannot say enough positive things about management and the entire staff here. They have supported us greatly as we are continuing to go through an extremely difficult process. Saying thank you is just not enough. The entire staff are truly amazing and treat us like family. Blessings to each and every member here at The Marriott Springhill Suites. Thank you to all! "The rooms were dated and showing signs of age, broken face plates, no Ethernet in the room, mold and midew on the caulking but that's not my problem. The truck stop directly behind the spring Hill ruined every nights sleep there. Trucks running every hour of the night and it was all you could hear. I couldn't sleep and ended up checking out early and finding a different hotel. Spring Hill and Marriott are where I normally stay so this review doesn't reflect on them, just the worst location for a gentle sleeper."

"Overall, nice place. A few issues in the room but nothing we that we needed to switch rooms. Has air unit right next to bed and to make everyone else comfortable the person next to the unit will freeze to death. Pull out isn't very comfortable but I've had worse as well. Very friendly and helpful staff."

"Ms. Kim at the reception was great, very friendly, welcoming and informative about the hotel and the local area dining and other relevant information. Really made our short stay very enjoyable! If we are ever in the area, this hotel is comfortable, friendly and their breakfast is awesome too! A great value"

"I have stayed at several Marriott brand hotels and this is the worst of all. The outward appearance is elegant but deceptive. The inside of the hotel is dingy, the wall coatings are peeling, the carpets are smelly and the general ambience of the hotel is so unwelcoming. The beddings on our king bed was torn and so were the sofa covers. The most awful thing though was the sofa bed. It was dirty and had blood stains. When told about it. they did not have a replacement sofa. The next morning, the manager explained there is a new ownership and they are working to improve things. In conclusion, while I am willing to give the new ownership the benefit of the doubt, I must emphasize that my experience at this particular Marriott hotel was far from satisfactory. I hope that they swiftly undertake the necessary renovations and improvements to restore the hotel to its former standard of excellence. Until then, I would caution potential guests to consider alternative options for their accommodations."
