"Nice hotel, and I did not hear the traffic off the front side as some reviewed. The walls are very thin, so you hear noise from others. Rooms can use a little touch-up just to polish them up a bit hang curtains correctly, better chaulking in the bath, etc. Overall I was pleased with the stay"

"The lobby was hot. The bar area wasn’t clean or organized. They don’t tell us that breakfast wasn’t complimentary. The rooms were just okay. Customer service wasn’t good. This hotel is seriously over priced. The hotel wasn’t as clean as it should have been! This was definitely a flop for us!"

"I’m a proud member of the Hilton Honors program and was completely dissatisfied with the quality of this hotel. I personally feel this hotel should be decertified and not be affiliated with the Hilton Honor member's program. I’ve stayed in several Hilton Garden Inn hotels and can honestly say I gave 5 stars to each one. However this particular location is not up to standards. To begin, they do not offer room service. You have to order your food, come to the restaurant and take your meal to your room. The menus are dirty and some of the meals the restaurant can provide are not displayed. The waitress told me about the other available meals. My room was dimly lit with one ceiling light by the entry door and two lamps. There are no ceiling lights in the sleeping area. The poor lighting makes the room dull and dreary. The carpet is old, worn-out and has stains in it throughout the room. I also found an old towel (I did not touch it) and food under the bed. By the noticeable amount of dirt and dust under the bed, I could tell that area hasn’t been vacuumed for a very long time. Also I would advised not to walk around barefoot for obvious reasons. The walls in the shower were dull, appeared waterlogged and soap residues was highly noticeable. Also the sink in the bathroom was clogged. Bottom line, it was very unpleasant. The room I booked was well overpriced. I don’t mind paying a higher price for quality accommodations but this location is not the place to want to do that. Online it says this is a 3 star hotel, but through my experience I say it should be rated much lower. This hotel cannot compete with the other top rated Hilton Garden Inn hotels I stayed in. However there are a few pros that I should mention. 1. Tiffany S., the manager was nothing but professional. She was pleasant and easy to talk to. I would classify her as a top tier hostess. 2. The AC unit worked great. 3. We had enough towels and pillows for the entire stay and didn’t need to ask for more."
