"Our stay yesterday started out very slow and problematic ,until the front desk clerk Maddie took over and made us very happy. Maddie was very outgoing . She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and very pleased with our stay. If I could rate her performance I would rate her a 10."

"The room was clean, crisp and comfy. Some of the furnishing were out dated and damaged, but nothing you couldnt look pass. The Front Desk staff was super helpful, even helped with sending and recvg Emails and Fax. The area that fell short of ☆s was the onsite "GYM". None of the equipment pieces were complete nor did any of them function properly! It was a complete BUST! Other then that...Everything else was a delight! WE WILL SURELY be back and recommend this property as a SAFE AND RELIABLE PLACE TO STAY!"

"There is no hot tub. It's been filled with concrete. Workout room is great. The staff is very sweet and room was clean. The rooms are so dark. Barely any light fixtures. Paint is peeling and holes in walls. Bathrooms are clean but outdated and in bad repair. Husband was taking a shower with barely any water pressure and it started *screaming?!* Hairdryer only works for about 2 minutes at a time and needs to cool down. Sleeper sofa has a mattress that is very old and uncomfortable."

"Staff was friendly and was a speedy check in. We were there to go to 6 Flags and was only one exit away with a Walmart across the street from the hotel making it very convenient! The beds and pillows were so comfortable we almost did not want to get out of them the next day, but we did to enjoy the awesome breakfast of eggs, sausage, tater tots, biscuits and sausage gravy! Yum! They also had a waffle maker, blueberry muffins, cereals, and so much more! We will stay here again!"

"People were smoking marijuana in their room. The smell extended out to the rooms and hall way. The tub paint was chipping all in the tub. Door knob falling off. The only good thing going about the hotel to me is the staff, very courteous. The foods ok. When I told corporate about these things. Corporate offered me one free night stay at a hotel ten times worse than this one. They offered me 6,000 points. Now remind you. This hotel requires 30,000 points. So how is that a free night? It's not. What kind of accommodation was that? I declined. They don't clean the rooms daily. I hate a place with a disgusting bathroom. The price is to high for the way the rooms look. No. this place did not meet my expectation. Upgrade need to be made for that price. Period. The hotel behind them have much cleaner rooms for a lower rate. They just don't have the indoor pool."
