"Worst possible experience. At first it was fine, you get what you pay for. the room is ok for the price. the problem is the fat chick in the front that has the worst attitude problem in the world. we were charge wrongly for smoking in our room. we rolled up some hemp flower in our room (which happens to smell really dank) and we smoked it outside. i get to non smokers the flower can smell like we just lit up in the room, but that was not the case. when i was trying to explain what happened she was like " well the manager approved it so thats that" like saying we dont have a choice or the chance to appeal it with the manager? she would not give me any information on when the manger would be there or how i could reliably contact them. when I asked her if she has contact with the manager, she refused to inform the manager of my dissatisfaction and would not ask them to come to the office so we could have a civil discussion. This girl does not deserve her position and should be fired."

"Strict laws for the property. They'll fine you whenever they possibly can. You're also responsible for your Towels and Sheets. Housemaids don't speak a lick of English. Communication with the staff is non existent. Rooms feel like confined prison cells. No lock on bathroom doors. Plumbing is scarily disgusting, Not clear, but white fuzzy water. Weirdos keep knocking on our door at late hours asking for Yippy? Yippee? Idk. Kids playing outside, keep kicking doors, tossing footballs into windows. Vending machines are broken, They only accept card. Had a Guy randomly try to open our door at 3am, while holding about 7 key cards in his hand. I said to my roommate "someone is trying to break into our room" besides the door, and he started running fast. Was likely a Card Skimmer. (As these key cards use Mag Stripes) Sadly, following that Altercation, Firearms of any kind aren't allowed, but that doesn't stop the criminals they rent out to."

"Worst place to stay, on top of them having roaches they have the worst customer service ever. They tell you to be big on communicating with them but they don’t communicate with you. They told me I have a day to come get my things because I was at work but then I received a called telling I need to get my things now or my things will be outside. I stated I had electronic in there and I was told oh well you need to come your things now."

"We have been staying here for a little while now. I am disgusted by the way this place is run. There is one girl in particular that has the worst customer service you could possible imagine. No one cares that the people staying here are people that are going through something and because of the economic downfall that the government has taken people can’t afford to rent apartments or buy houses. I heard the owner refer to us tenants as “these people”. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve stayed here they will kick you out regardless of what may have happened. They have no understanding and just view everyone as dollar signs instead of actual people. At this point they would fee you for breathing. The rooms are okay, the location is wonderful, the community is wonderful but, I just wish they would do better at caring for people and understanding that sometimes people have rough patches in their lives that aren’t expected rather than treating them like they are less than human."
