Sweetwater Creek Apartments

"When we first moved here, it wasn’t too bad. Now it’s giving retirement living. If you’re 60 and up, this is the place for you. I can’t even listen to music in peace without being reported for loud music, mind you I barely listen aloud and I was reported for playing music from 5p- 7:50pm. I was stormed upon by a courtesy officer from which I’ve never heard of, NO email was send in reference of a courtesy officer but now before quiet hours I have to be quiet. Seems like I’m paying all this money to micromanaged and made to feel very uncomfortable. Also, the leasing agent, Angelica, she isn’t really helpful. She never apologizes when things are wrong or done incorrectly and never seems to be empathetic. Is this the type of people you want working for sweetwater? For grey star? I will be contacting them as well."

"Sweetwater Creek is a great place to live. I have yet to regret my decision moving here. No bugs, it's a gated community, it's quiet, and in a great location. Things have really gotten a lot better with Kaya as the new manager and I'm excited for more changes to come! Also, Ralph provides great maintenance and assistance."

"I moved here a month ago (give or take) and I wanted to get a feel of the place before writing my review. The whole moving in process was fast and smooth thanks to our amazing leasing agent, Angelica. She is truly sweet and amazing and goes above and beyond to ensure you find an apartment that perfectly suits your needs. When we moved into the apartment, there were minor maintenance issues, which we reported to Angelica and were soon taken care off by Ralph who I must mention is great ! The apartment is very nice and specious in a beautiful neighborhood. The staff are exceptional and I’d give 5 stars solely based on that. That said, ever since we moved in, we have been having issues with a neighbor leaving their trash at our door during the days that valet trash is not coming and I am very frustrated about having to take out trash that is not ours ever since we moved in . So If you LOOOVEEE taking out other peoples trash, sweetwater creek apartment is just the place to be (specifically building 400, the apartment upstairs is available)."

"Sweetwater Creek Apartments was a choice of many when I started my search for a new home. My initial visit with Sierra was the reason I signed the lease. She welcomed me with open arms which already made me feel like family. During my visit, Sierra received praises from current residents about her service and the upkeep of the community. Not only did she impress me, but she went the extra mile to get the apartment I wanted for the price. She stayed in contact with me during the entire process. Thank you for the great experience and I look forward to being a resident here."
