"After residing within The District for 1 full year, I see no reason for me to relocate anywhere else for the foreseeable future. Olivia Brown not only helped me move in virtually while I was relocating from Maryland, but she also helped me recently upgrade to a newly renovated apt solely because she thought enough of me to ask!! Living here in The District fits my corporate lifestyle perfectly. More importantly, staff like Olivia Brown makes it a fun, easy, and comfortable experience. Shout out to Brianna Huckaby for also making the main office a warm and welcoming environment!!"

"Living here for 9 years is like a bully who stealing your lunch money on the way to school. What you have today is all you will have after 9 years and it will only cost you more every year they do a lots of outward appearance but in side it is rotten to the core they will give you a discount to move in to their cage that I will have to pay for they will smile and call you friend as they pick your pocket understand i understand stand business they DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS pay or I will find someone who will they don't care if the take 3/4 of your cola they will not negotiate with you THEY ONLY DICTATE dictate just sign the lease like the caged person that you are"

"I live there 3 years. Maintenance department was always there and fixed the problems. Office staff was great. The only reason I moved is that I needed a 3 bedroom apartment. I would go back any time if I had to have a 2 bedroom."

"Experienced excessive issues with HVAC which the complex never resolved. There were numerous nights where even at 2AM my apartment was still 76 degrees. It got up to 80 several days throughout the summer, and I ended up having to acquire an additional HVAC unit and run it through the window to be able to maintain my residence. The maintenance team was great, but nobody from the office cared or wanted to help resolve my issues aside from Olivia. I had an awful experience and would not recommend anybody live at this apartment complex because of that."

"You might find a complex that has newer appliances, BUT I think that the district is the sweet spot of value, location, and community. It is a safe place with nice neighbors and complex staff, and living here has been very nice. Comparatively, the price is great and the units are clean. Maintenance, should you need them, are prompt and professional. It is quieter than you would think too, given that you are right by Gunbarrel/the mall/hospital."
