"After reviewing the apartment i decided not to move in because it was infested with bugs and I was told that me deposit I paid was in the mailbox still haven’t received it"

"Ive been here for over 15 years seen it go down hill praying for the best. Over the last year or manger Roger Leonard is Amazing, he goes above and beyond to make this place the best and make much needed repairs. He get lil to no help from management to assist him with extra help to get this place back in in good standing . It been years since we had a good manager like Roger, we are praying he gets the help we desperately need to bring and restore our property back to good standings, upgrades, new appliances and air conditioner replacement. This property was once a beautiful place and could still be with so much needed help from the owners."

"Stoneridge apartments has a new onsite manager. I met him after my brother past away. He was very considerate and helpful. He helped me out above and beyond what most managers would do. He has worked very hard to get me moved into an apartment. I truly appreciate everything he's done. I now consider him a part of my family. Thank you, Roger, for stepping in when you did!! Love you little brother ❤️❤️"

"UNPROFESSIONAL and doesn’t care about tenants. Maintenance man doesn’t work and fix apartments and is not useful and is not qualified for the job giving that he can’t fix anything without the help of a youtube tutorial. many bad things go on at this place but it’s so unknown that everyone gets away with unprofessional business"
