"Please update your Google information for days and hours of operation. I came on a Wednesday to pick up a repair warranty that was purchased during the time of a warranty ring purchase, and your website specifically said you close at 8. I drove from Fulton County and arrived at 7 and was told that the store was closed, and the store has been trying to update Google since COVID! The staff looked at me standing outside as if I were doing something wrong because I arrived at 7. Bad for business—a big business at that."

"I've been meaning to put this review out but I'm very displeased and felt judged because of our appearances on November 3, 2023. Our experience at this location, my husband I have been married since 2012. He wanted an upgrade to something much nicer that what I had and when we got there at 1:20 Pm the lady said she was closing till 3 since there had to be two people there BUT THERE WAS a second person there. I said please our anniversary is coming up I already know the ring I want it will only take a minute. She said no to come back at 3. I told her we drove all the way from east point GA and husband works 3rd. So just wanted you guys and corporate to know that was a bad move. Yes I may have had on my pajamas nice ones cause I just had surgery and yes he was in his work clothes and maybe we didn't look like we had money to spend by we both felt very judged on our appearances. This could have been ur sale. FYI check ur camera's it will all be there as I said. Do we went to Kay jewelry right by u Henry Town center."

Had to return one because my honey want another color. Guess what she helped me to decide just what I wanted and so please. Even went an extra step to see if I wanted something else and I did and purchased some earrings that she was more than happy to help me choose the right ones for me and I am so pleased with the purchase. Her customer service skills were over the top with the smile and all. I was really going to feel some way if she wasn’t there and when I saw her face omg I was ecstatic, because I knew she would do right by me. Thanks for her excellent customer service skills.
