"Went in to get two balloons for my grandfathers birthday. A rude employee with ginger hair couldn’t be bothered to blow up two balloons for me because she was “too busy” with preorders. If you can’t trouble yourself to spend 2 minutes blowing up 2 balloons then you aren’t getting my business."
"I spoke to two employees. Are used to work at retail you have to honor the right even if it’s wrong. It is Party city’s fault for placing a wrong price on the display. And there was more than one item behind each other. This is Poor customer service. When brought it to employees attention they ignore me and said someone put it in the wrong spot. I tried to explain to them it’s more than one and it’s their fault of the facility putting a wrong price on these items."
