"My visit became pointless when the aisles I needed to go into were blocked off. Why? No clue but the employees around that area couldn't care less and seemed way more into talking to each other than seeing if I needed help or better yet, unblocking those aisles. After several minutes, I left. Went to Lowes."

"After having a very poor experience with the Lowes in McDonough and their lack of customer service etc. We went to Home Depot to purchase basically the same items we purchased at Lowes. Upon exiting the business and walking towards the parking lot with our pallet cart of mulch and dirt, two young men with Home Depot aprons walked towards us and without us asking began to load the back of our truck with the items we had purchased. Ismael and Shaun were their names. We were more than impressed and truly appreciated their kind and friendly assistance. A true example of what customer service looks like. Lowe's should definitely take note. Great job gentlemen and thank you!"

"HORRIBLE. Did curbside pickup for four items. The lady wouldn’t walk up and look at the license or load ANY PRODUCT (one bag) into the vehicle. If I could leave no stars I would because her attitude was ugly on top of it all."

I have not ran into one yet that wasn’t willing to make sure I found everything I needed. Home Depot must hire a certain personality trait because I thanked several employees throughout my visits just for making sure I was good! It made my experience extremely pleasant and I felt as if they valued little ole me as a customer. It definitely makes a difference, because I felt it! I just wanted to stop by and say thank you to the entire McDonough store and staff for being just great people and an awesome place for all of your home improvement needs. You guys rock!
