"This store has long lines, it’s dirty, and as soon as you get out your car before you can open Dollar Tree door it’s a Caucasian man who’s always there asking for money. On 8/26/22 between 12:20pm-12:38pm I entered the store and I was followed by an African American man in the store trying to give me and every customer a booklet. I replied by saying no thank you and then the man got upset and told me off. I had to then tell him if I do not want to accept anything from him I don’t have to. I felt harassed and disrespected. I told the manager on duty and an employee, the manager said nothing, and the employee said oh he’s harmless, he always give out booklets in the store. I don’t come to the Dollar Tree for any of this. I wasn’t the only one annoyed by these two men. The corporate office need to hire another manager who cares about the customers, the store, and their job. All the employees need to be retrained in customer service, conflict resolution, and housekeeping/cleaning the store."
