"If I could leave zero stars I would. I went into this store on 1/18/2023 and could barely get around due to all the carts lining all the aisles. The radio was blaring at the front registers on something awful and shelves are pretty much empty. I had high hopes this store would be different but it's not. This store needs some new management to straighten out. Until then I refuse to drop anymore money in here. I sincerely hope the corporate office takes note of all these poor reviews and does something about it."
"I read the latest review and I was shocked!! how this can be an organized store. I went in today and it was only two employees. They were very helpful but it's not their fault that every aisle had those metal carrying things full of merchandise waiting to be shelved. I barely made it around the aisle. The shelves were empty. I asked to speak to the manager and of course he wasn't there. if you are short staffed as a leader you are suppose to help until you get fully staffed. I'm reporting this store to corporate cause the way they have these metal carrying things full of unpacked boxes someone is going to get hurt. Oh also this is to the manager how dare you completely block the $1.00 aisle with boxes of unpacked merchandise so no one can't shop. you don't know people's finances for you to do that."
"This store has everything! It's always well organized, staff is usually cleaning or restocking the shelves. It's spacious, not cluttered and employees are friendly and helpful."
"This store like most dollar general stores starts out clean and great customer experience and then falls off. The store was very cluttered, stocking carts in every walk way. I had to climb over two carts to get down one of the aisles. Ridiculous! The drive into Jackson is looking more appealing and worth the time."
