"Chelsea & Elijah are the GREATEST EVER!!! I called the store near closing time , about 30 mins away. When I gave Chelsea my dilemma, she immediately dropped everything she was doing to assist me over the phone!! She found the product that i was so worried i wouldnt find before my cruise in TWO WEEKS. She reassured me that she would hold it for me & as soon as i arrived to the store she would let me purchase it right away. Soon as I got to the store , she did exactly that & gave me fitting room. Elijah took the time to check on me & he also gave me other ideas to make the entire outfit even BETTER!! I can not thank these two enough. Every PACSUN IN AMERICA NEEDS A CHELSEA & ELIJAH!!!! They are a 1million out of 1million!!! Thank you!!"

"Customer Service was trash. The store says open at 10AM . Nobody was here so the time is wrong and as well nobody is still here at 11Am to open the store. Smh very much so a waste of a trip. NEVER come to this location guys. As im typing this its 11:10 nobody has yet to open. big big waste"

"This is the closest pacsun location to me, and it's roughly 30 minutes away. I received a gift card from a friend so I drove down to spend it, and I checked the store hours before coming to ensure they would be open when I got there. For Wednesday, the day I came in, it showed 11am to 7pm, so I arrived at 1:30pm. The doors to the store were closed, and there was a note that said that the staff was out on a break until 2:05pm. This store was the only reason I drove to the mall, and I didn't have time to wait 35 minutes for the staff to return from their 35 minute break. This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing, and now reading the other reviews for this location im not really surprised that this was the outcome."

"I tried to return a shirt within the return period but since we couldn’t find the receipt they refused to even give us store credit, even though they were able to look it up on their loyalty rewards program and saw we purchased it 9 days ago. This was laziness on the part of the manager on duty. If we had no proof of purchase I would understand, but they claim no receipt they can’t help me. REALLY. that to me is just poor service. We planned to buy more, but now I will Avoid the store if that’s the policy."
