"Went into store to check out some van shoes. Like the price and wanted to see if they had the size I needed. Turned around and seen the employee on his phone and so I stood there waiting for him to get done. 5 minutes went by and he never once looked up or asked if I needed help. So I put the shoe up and walked out. Still was not recognized as I walked out. Went somewhere else and bought the shoe. Paid a little more but at least I got the help I needed"

"There's something about the set-up of this store and the merchandise that makes you feel rushed and agitated. The music was catchy 90's pop, which I liked a lot, but I didn't want to sit down and try on anything. It didn't seem worth bothering the sales clerk, who never greeted us, as far as I can remember. An ideal buying situation here would require a customer who has to be somewhere in 20 minutes and needs any pair of shoes in any style, and they don't need to wear the shoes more than once."
