"I have come to this location several times in the last few months and every time has been disappointing. Customer service is bad, the younger women are rude. Also if you are going to pedal a credit card, perhaps knowing how the service works would be helpful."

"I had the most humiliating experience today that I would like to state has been resolved by a DIFFERENT location that doesn’t treat people disrespectfully. I tried to return items that didn’t fit that I had bought at this location less than 48 hours before. They were in immaculate unwashed and unworn condition. I waited 20 minutes in line and this girl at the register asked me if they’d been worn and I said no. She said they smelled and I (humiliated as there was a line of people hearing her say my clothes smelled without explanation) was like… the bag was sitting on my dryer for a day maybe it’s the dryer sheet smell as I do laundry often. She said no these look very worn and smell I can’t return this sorry have a nice day. I stood there kinda shocked and she said ughh did you want an old navy bag to take them out in since they were not in one when you came in? I took the bag. And my clothes, drove 30 minutes away for the other store to tell me it must have been a personal problem she was having with me because the clothes were in amazing condition and brand new. They took my return, and exchanged things I needed and returned to a gift card even so I could find an item that wasn’t in my size at their location online later. Much better experience there. I will always go to the Woodstock location now. It seems they have more of a standard when hiring associates."

"They had a sign that said 30% off and online it said 30% off and they refused to honor it. Even though you can do same day in store pick up. Why would you not honor your own advertisements, when there was a sign even stating it. So we got refunded and ordered online for in store pick up at a different location. Makes no sense."

"Good and fast service, everyone was attentive and atmosphere was pleasant. Not that many deals today, but found a great pair of jeans which gave me a coupon of $10 towards my next purchase."

"I have purchased a lot of great stuff at this location throughout the years for myself and my kids. The July 4th flag shirts have been a staple of my holiday for years! The staff is always very friendly and helpful with finding things. My only slight complaint is that the doors are not automatic- seems silly but it is difficult to open the doors here while pushing a stroller."
