"Beware. The policies are a bit ridiculous. With kid to kid, if you donate, you have to stay in the store or parking lot while you wait (could be hours). If you leave the premises, their policy is that you cannot decline their offer for your stuff. Once upon a child lets you drop off your things and go. You just have to come get them within 48 hours. You cannot just force someone to accept your offer because they leave the store. Also, returns should not just be store credit. People should be able to put their money that they spent back onto their card. Will not shop here or donate again."

"Love kid to kid. I can always find great items for my kids. It helps that the store is organized so well. The employees have always been nice and that just makes it even better. If you have never been give it a try. This is a bagless store so bring a reusable bag for all the good finds!"

"I love Kid to Kid. We buy and sell a bunch up here, and our experience is always good. The only change I’d suggest they make is to provide folks with a better space to wait/sit when selling (but not buying). Sometimes, they are super busy and the wait for them to process your sale can be an hour or more. It only take 10 minutes to browse, and without a dedicated comfortable space to wait (and maybe read or get some work done), it can be a little brutal. Otherwise, we love Kid to Kid. Their quality is high, folks are friendly, and they donate items for you that they don’t buy. Love that!"
