"I would say horrible customer service, but I didn't get any service. I walked in and I saw and heard the 4 employees joking and laughing loudly while customers who were there before me sat and waited for service. I held 2 pair of kids shoes which were located right behind where the employees were joking in my hands. I waited for 5 minutes and still didn't receive any service. The customers that were there before I came in were still sitting and waiting. Why should I have to ask for service from those who are getting paid to provide a service?"
