"I am disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service I received at Burlington. I purchased a pot from the store, and after just one use, it became stained in a way that was not expected or acceptable. When I contacted the store to request a return or exchange, I was met with resistance from the store manager, Donna. Despite explaining the situation and providing proof of purchase, Donna denied any assistance or resolution. The lack of accountability for the product’s quality and Donna’s refusal to address the issue left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with my experience as a customer. It is disappointing to encounter such poor customer service, especially when dealing with a defective product. I hope that Burlington takes steps to improve both its product quality control and customer service policies to prevent similar incidents in the future."

"Nice little store. Some nice baby toys and clothes, good prices. I absolutely LOVE THIS STORE! I'm constantly finding beautiful dresses or cute clothes for my toddler here. And with how fast kids grow, the clothes costing way less than at some stores helps a lot. They have a decent selection of kids clothes and jammies, even shoes. Plus, my girl loves to wander the store and ooo and ahhh at stuff. The employees there are incredibly nice. We lost her stuffed bunny Nini once, and a week later they had it saved for us! We were ecstatic. I think the nice lady who helped us out was more excited than she was, but she wouldn't let anyone take it from her after. Lol"

"I found some great deals on this Burlington. I was surprised at the selection in this store. I'm also amazed that they now have lay-a-way. I found 3 nice blouses are under 15 dollars. They also had some great pants that I didn't get due to not having the time to try them on. I will be back soon to shop at this location."
