"I have been by a couple times recently looking for my wedding shoes, and Dina remembered me from the first time I came— she is so kind and helpful and has wonderful customer service. Department stores can be hit or miss but she made me want to come back! Thanks Dina!"

"I would not recommend purchasing anything from this store especially not furniture. My fiancé and I bought a mattress which was to be delivered to our house, but the employee typed our address incorrectly. I called Macy’s to have them change our address and they said it was fine. However, on the delivery date it never showed up. We called them and couldn’t get any real answer so it seems they had cancelled our delivery without telling us. My fiancé went to the store to just pick up the mattress himself, and they agreed to give him a partial refund due to our difficulties. Since I initially paid for the mattress on my card, they would send a refund to my card and just have my fiancé pay a new reduced price with his card which is fine. However, I never received my refund. We were told it would take 3-5 business days, so after 5 business days had passed I texted the manager Jesse at the number we were told to contact. They left me on read. So after 9 business days I contacted them again and let them know I would be calling corporate since that is not fair to me to just withhold my refund. I received a two word answer telling me to call corporate. This is honestly just very unprofessional, and as someone who is also a manager I have never treated a customer like that. I’m not sure how this person became a manager if they can’t even handle simple tasks such as giving someone a refund. I don’t normally complain, but I honestly don’t think I was being unreasonable considering Macy’s is holding on to over $500 of my money - which is apparently an inconsequential amount to this manager. Called customer service and they said that my refund only started being processed TODAY and that I now have to wait another 7-10 business days to get my money back (if that ever happens). The employees here must be completely incompetent. Overall just a horribly frustrating experience and I can’t recommend anyone shop at Macy’s if they want some semblance of decent customer service."

"The older Indian lady at the Chanel counter was extremely rude. She was more concerned about talking to her friends and neighbors than helping actual customers. One would think when you're spending $200 on a bottle of perfume that they would be a little bit more friendly."
