"I rented from them the same apartment for almost 7 years. During that time they did not renovate anything - did not repaint the walls or fix anything. In fact there were serious water dripping from the ceiling when it rained heavily. When I moved out they charged me over $1000 for variety of cleaning services including cleaning the fridge, oven, toilet etc. Though some of the charges were reasonable like throwing an old mattress topper which I forgot some did not make sense. I sent them pictures of the fridge and oven showing that they were spotless clean and they ignored it. Also they charged me for replacing a venetian blind that is over 20 years old because it did not open/close easily. By the time I got the charges I had already moved to a new city, and got a new job that it would have cost me more to fly back and waste time in civil court. I paid the charges but I do NOT recommend this company."

"Loved the apartment we rented from, I was disappointed by them taking all of my security deposit considering I left the place in the same condition as we entered the property. I’d say if you go with them, it’s not a bad choice but definitely don’t expect to receive your security deposit back. They also have a regular inspection which I think is once per lease."

"I am prefacing this review by saying Jasmine was a wonderful person to work with when looking for a house for my boyfriend and I. She gave us a tour and was very accommodating with our requests, and she was very timely and considerate in her responses to us. However, there are definitely some issues to consider when renting from this property company. First, we were not notified that the initial deposit was non-refundable; the employees seemed to convince us that the deposit was refundable if we did not pass the background checks, but it is not. Second, the deposit was required to be paid in full prior to even reading or being sent the lease. So, you are paying a rent’s amount for a deposit that you will not get back whether or not you decide to sign the lease. This was gimmicky and untrustworthy. Lastly, my boyfriend was notified that we were required to sign the lease by the end of the day, and I was never notified. As another future tenant, I would also like to be notified in circumstances like this. These are some shady and questionable things to consider when choosing a rental company; overall, I would choose another agency that is more clear and straightforward with their requirements."

"Great company. Great staff. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. As a vendor, we work with many different companies and BCP is simply one of the best. They seem to always go the extra mile to make their tenants happy. Sometimes, even at their own expense. Would recommend to anyone looking for a rental property."
