"Customer service is miserable!! I went to exchange a pair of shoes for my daughter and they said that i had to pay more. The cashier name “India” was very disrespectful, she had no training at all. Be prepared when you go to this store. New location terrible staff."

"Called in to see if they have turtle necks and the customer service was excellent, warm, and welcoming. This store should teach the store at Akers Mills Square some good customer service."

"Ordered my daughter sunglasses for store pickup. After waiting a while in the pickup parking spot I had to go inside the store because no one had come out with my order. The worker stated she was the only one there and couldn't bring my order outside. Although the sunglasses are perfect, the curbside pickup for this store failed miserably."

"Went into this store to shop.for my unborn baby and was greeted by the employees after being greeted I was followed and asked several times if I needed help finding anything, as if I was expected to take things from the store. I responded that I was fine and would let them know if I had any questions. The Manager stood behind one of the racks watching me look through items I was interested in purchasing, then again another employee asked again if I needed help. I put back all of the items I intended to purchase and left the store after feeling that I was being racially profiled, went to Children's Place and Old Navy instead my experience at those stores we’re great. Please allow customers to shop comfortably. Every one is not a criminal some of work hard and would just like to shop in peace. Thanks!"

"Must have been busy but two employees and a line 6 deep on both sides seemed crazy. This was not helped by one cashier walking away ever 15 seconds for some reason. Seemed poorly run. Clothes were good enough and selection was vast."
