"I see other reviews with the same feedback I am about to give. The parking situation is ridiculous. I have to pay for parking that is a half block away from the hotel with no clear path to get to the front door? Multiple signs in the garage about this being a high crime area. Posted by Chattanooga police dept. Lobby is nice, front desk staff seemed nice. Room was dirty. The astounding part was the shower. I have never seen a hotel shower that dirty. This is not a Curio hotel. If it is meant to be, you need a new GM."

"Nice location and convenient access to downtown. Meet with a 15 minute check-in line at 4pm upon arriving. Pull in area very congested and valet parking was backed up into overflow drop-off. Directions marked to the self-park were confusing. Plenty of spaces in the deck for the busy weekend. Rooms were comfortable but closet door was sticking and the light did not work. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillow choices. Easy access back to main roads in and out of town. Four restaurants within easy walking distances."

"My recent stay at The Chattanoogan Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's excellent service, convenient location, and well-designed layout. The staff at The Chattanoogan was incredibly friendly and attentive to my needs. From the front desk staff who greeted me with a smile to the housekeeping team who kept my room spotless, everyone I encountered went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel's location in the heart of downtown Chattanooga was perfect for exploring the city. I was within walking distance of a variety of restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it easy to experience all that Chattanooga has to offer. The layout of the hotel was also impressive. The spacious lobby provided a welcoming atmosphere, while the well-maintained grounds and beautiful rooftop bar offered stunning views of the city. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay - complete with great views of the mountains."

"For starters, DO NOT enter the left side entrance to the parking deck for self parking if you have a car. It damaged our Kia Rio because of the slope for drainage. Also, we parked on the second floor, and the elevator was not working, and no sign was posted stating out of service. The actual hotel itself was a good experience. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We did enjoy the couples massage at the spa. The food from each restaurant located inside the hotel was delicious. We did have a good view of lookout mountain. The room itself was okay. The bed would not say in place. It kept sliding on the slick bed frame. The bathroom light only shined in the shower and not the sink or toilet. Also, the water for the shower took 10 minutes to finally get warm and not really adjustable. Not a great experience for our honeymoon, but it was okay."
