"Front desk staff also oversaw thr breakfast area. No sausage or meat of any kind, horrible watery "sausage gravy" for biscuits if you want to call it that! Eggs were dry, orange juice tasted bitter and old. We actually had upset stomachs later that day!! No coffee when we arrived for breakfast and no eating utensils, had to ask for. Bath essentials and towels only supplied for 1 person, although room was booked for 2 people in advance; Won't stay here again. Staffing issues and needs serious improvements!!"

"A friend of mine got me a hotel room for 5 days because I am escaping an abusive situation so I could be safe. A man who works here just walked into my room (it was maintenance but I don't care) and didn't even knock or anything just unlocked my door and walked in. I called the front desk and Abriya got a huge attitude with me because she said sorry and I said I don't care about the sorry as much as I do my safety and that I'm here getting away from an abusive situation and a random man walking into my LOCKED room is completely unacceptable and she proceeded to tell me she will do nothing to ensure my safety and she's not a manager and I can take it up with the manager NEXT WEEK long after my stay is gone. I am absolutely disgusted with the service and not to mention the place I came to for SAFETY now feels unsafe for me and my child because a random man just walked into my locked room and I was treated horribly over it. I have never had this happen at any hotel ever and I wouldn't stay here if you're not comfortable with random men coming into your locked room without even knocking or anything."

"Hotel rooms in TN have a high tax relative to other states in the region. So hotels here will always cost more. That said, if you are looking for the less expensive option in this area that will take pets for a reasonable fee (16/ea), this is your best bet. It barely costs more than the others in the same price range, but is much better quality. Furniture all looks pretty new, room/towels/linens clean, no sketchy activity around, and very nice lady working the desk. I feel like the negative reviews are unfairly comparing this to hotels that cost twice as much as this. I would actually give this place 5 stars ****relative to the other options in the same price range in this area**** except the wifi doesn't work."

"This is an older hotel. But the shower head was broken and held in a lace by a bar of soap. No plastic shower liner just a curtain so water went right through it.Bed was firm and so were the pillows. We stayed there because there was no other room’s around because of the regatta races. We left early like 4:30 in the morning so can’t say much about anything else."

"This hotel took care of us when we found our selves stuck in the area due to car troubles. The rooms were clean and comfortable. While waiting on our vehicle to be repaired, they allowed us to stay for a few extra hours which meant a lot to us. Thank you again to the fine folk at this Best Western!"
