"The heavier set middle aged black woman at the online order pick up desk was quite rude. The red haired woman in jewelry pretended I didn’t exist, then helped another customer that walked up after me. Quite the lackluster experience."

"I was very happy to find a good Ugly Sweater for an event I'm working soon. I purchased the sweater the day before so I could pick it up the next day when I had time. The following morning I get to the store and there's a problem with my order. Apparently someone picked up my order who wasn't me. As a positive individual I did not get upset. But I was definitely confused. I thought maybe someone stole my sweater. The young lady who was helping was kind. However Kermit, I'm assuming the manager, seemed to have a bit of an attitude. I went out my way to be nice in the situation especially as the one who should be worried that something happened to the sweater that I had already paid for. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day, but whatever was going on, he wasn't exactly his best in the situation. He definitely came off rude, but he did go get me another sweater. Once he brought me the new sweater, his words were, "it's just an $18 sweater so for whoever got it Merry Christmas to them." The way he said it was quite rude. I don't know If he thought I was trying to pull a fast one over him and get two ugly sweaters, because I'm sure there's somebody out there desperate enough to steal ugly sweaters, or if something was going on at the store that as a customer I could not see. Whatever it was, customer service is important no matter what. I am not the cause of someone else's issues and I shouldn't be spoken to as if I am. This is also a kind of situation where someone in charge could have said something along the lines of... "We are so sorry for the misunderstanding and we will get it handled ASAP." Instead of acting like I am an inconvenience. I will give three stars to the store. Because the sweater is awesome and I'm going to be so cute for my event next week. Also I'm so excited I was able to find something quickly online and at a good price. Unfortunately, I'll be taking away two stars that I originally would have liked to have given to this review due to how I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience shopping at a store...that was created for shopping."

"We found some really nice long sleeve shirts at Belk for work. We also enjoyed just looking around some. Did you know that Belk now sells furniture, Appliances and TV’s and they already have some Christmas Decorations out. Beautiful ornaments. We had fun."

"Feb 21, 2021:There are not enough stars on this rating scale. Jackie at Belk is awesome. I had a wonderful shopping experience at Belk. Had to return an item to the store. It was my first time ordering online also, which was nonplussed compared to other department store Ahem (Kohl's never order online with them! HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN CONTRAST. It was a wonderful experience with Jackie at Belk. She was so pleasant and helpful. JACKIE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. Helped me download the app and showed me how to check for prices, check for instock items, etc., 2017: Surprisingly found wonderful business attire!"
