I searched vets and this place had so many wonderful reviews! I brought her here for her first checkup and a year later for another. They helped me when she had a growth on her face and had it tested. My baby is ok and I will always trust this vet to help me care for my baby girl! Everyone at this office seems to really care and try to help no matter what!"

"I just finished my first visit with DR Richardson and her staff. Myself and my Husky Leah could not be happier. We transfer to this vet as the one we had been using for years the DR we used left and the owner , who we had to begin using was just to rigid and commercial. Here we have compassion and caring. Dr Richardson sat down and got to know me and Leah before any check up was started. We will bring all 3 of our fur babies here now, you won't find a more caring and empathetic vet than Dr. Richardson. Highly recommended"

"This woman is beyond her prime and has no interest in continuing her education or modernizing her practice. She's fine for routine basic care, but she is so far out of the loop with anything more complicated that you are actually running the risk of making your pet less healthy by bringing them to her for help. Our FIV+ cat had been receiving quality care elsewhere for over a decade and thus was healthy and happy, until we made the mistake of trying to save a little money by coming here for some basic dental extractions. Starting the very same week had had the work done here, he began to experience mouth pain to a degree that he was scared of his water bowl and very timid toward food (and he loves his food), often trying to chew when he gets hungry enough but dropping it out of his mouth and jerking his head with each bite as if in great pain. We had to take him back to her twice for help, got antibiotics each time without her bothering to figure out the problem, then we finally insisted upon an x-ray and close exam to figure this problem out since the antibiotics weren't doing a thing even after weeks. The response? "I don't know", and she didn't seem terribly interested in figuring it out either despite the fact that her hamfisted archaic work caused the lingering issues in the first place. When we put our foot down and said that was not acceptable and that answers were needed before his compromised system failed on him (FIV+), we were asked to leave, and when I made it clear I would seek a refund from my credit card company if we did not get answers, she told us we were "severing our relationship" and to never return. Prideful, incompetent, and still trying to turn a buck off of the dated education she received in her youth -- all excellent reasons to stay far away for anything but the most basic of care."

I brought my puppy May along, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my fur baby felt comfortable and cared for, especially when sick. They always called in to check on her after being sick as well. It's heartwarming to see a business that takes great care of our beloved pets. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team!!"
