"Nina was very disrespectful/rude when I was trying to inform her that the refill requests over the phone was not working properly. She didn’t want to help me get my medication when I called she said she couldn’t find me in the system when I had been getting my medication from this CVS for almost 2 years so I switched my pharmacy."

"I have been using this cvs for a while now. But last week Thursday I ordered my meds as usual online, paid and waited a whole day for my meds only for me to later find out that they were delivered to the wrong address. Apparently this cvs uses a company called Roadey to deliver. So when I called this cvs the next day to find my meds, I was told it might take a long time before they delivered it. So I opted to go get them for myself. I asked about my refund they said they will work on it. On week later, today, I called and I'm being told that it's my responsibility to go call roadey, a company that I know nothing about, to get my refund. How ridiculous is that?!?!?! The manager of the cvs literally said she is not able to solve this issue. My question is, where do I come in with a third party delivery service that was hired by cvs, to follow my meds or in this case my refund? Insane! So customers beware and be ready to follow-up on delivery of your meds or refunds."

"I honestly am always impressed with this CVS. I’ve had bad experiences with other CVS locations in the past including Auburn, AL and Powder Springs, GA. However, the CVS in Target on Barrett Parkway has always worked very hard to get my medications approved through insurance when applicable and will call my insurance themselves to do so, and I very much appreciate that. It’s those extra steps that make the process so much less stressful. I recently got injured at work, and they expertly handled my consistent worker’s compensation speed bumps with hard work by calling company and getting everything figured out and cleared up and this obviously made everything feel much smoother than every other thing I’ve had to deal with while being treated under worker’s compensation. It was REALLY nice to know that even if everything else is being delayed and pushed back, my medications prescribed by my doctor were available to me with ease."
