"Avoid drive up pharmacy. Over 15 minutes to drop off a prescription with only 1 car in line. This isnt the first time. If I didnt have a dog in the car, i would have gone inside."
"I’ve literally had an issue every month getting My birth control filled. Takes days to get it. Told different information from different people. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get a monthly prescription of birth control. Especially when it is supposed to be on auto refill."
"I had an appointment for a meningitis b shot, and the appointment was made at least a week in advance. When I arrived, they told me that they didn’t have it in stock, EVEN THOUGH O MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THAT PARTICULAR SHOT. It’s not convenient to get to this location, so coming back is tough. We were basically told ‘too bad, so sad’. What a poor, poor experience."
"Kiki the manager was super rude. And made us feel uncomfortable shopping sale items making us feel like we were doing something wrong. We were followed in the store and she was talking to fellow employees while pointing at us. She came up to us and said she is going to change the prices of sale items back to regular price for us. Discrimination? Wish I can give them 0 stars"
