"I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks due to renovations at my house and the first week everything was so great the staff were great . After the second week started it’s like things shifted … I don’t know what the reason was but it went from 5 star service to 1 star. If I wanted to extend my room I started getting attitude from the workers . I needed to stay 1 more week but I left and took my business else where because I felt like they were adding unnecessary fees each day to my rates and it felt like I was treated unfairly. I was paying $130+ each night sometimes $150+ and it felt like I should have been paying as if I was at a cheap motel. The last day I got a late check out , as I took 1 cart of ou belongings to the car I passed by a housekeeper and she just smiled and started speaking rude words in Spanish as if I didn’t understand. When I went back to the room the guy from the front desk knocked on the door and told me the housekeeper told him I told her I’m done getting my things when I NEVER SAID A WORD TO THE LADY. That got me so upset I snapped on the guy. The house keepers were being nasty the whole time I was there and I really feel like that messed up the whole vibe of the hotel and I actually liked the place until that happened!!"

"Excellent location. The front desk personnel are very professional and very friendly. I have forgot my valuables in the room from my past weekend stay (New Years). I arrived home in Washington state called the hotel front desk to inquire if these items were turned in ? The front desk personnel on duty as of 1026pm EST on Thursday 1/4/24; put me on hold to check yes these items were turned into the front desk! Kudos to the housekeepers! Kudos to team Sonesta appreciate you all and Happy New Year."

"Thank you for taking such great care of our group! Rooms were large, had plenty of amenities and very clean. The staff was very attentive and helped with any requests. The kids really enjoyed the basketball court to get some energy out. Also, the location was convenient to food and shopping."

"How convenient, a fully-lit outdoor basketball court, right outside the bedroom window. Who was the genius who came up with this idea? The hotel check-in host assured us that the lights were turned out at 10pm, but no, they left them on all night. Someone with insomnia decided to shoot hoops at 3:30am!! The only good thing I can say about the hotel is that the breakfast was decent. However a complete ZERO in what matters the most, quiet comfort and rest. I guess the management doesn't get the point -- the problem is not the curtains, it is the fact that they leave the basketball court lights on all night invites people to go out there at all hours of the night to dribble the ball and shoot hoops! If you turned the lights out at 10pm, problem is solved! Can't shoot basketball in the dark!"
