"I stopped by this location last night around 7:45pm. I approached the front staff member and stated "I would like to place a TOGO order". I was told it's a 45 minute wait time. Hmm! Sound odd to me because there was no one seated in the restaurant, one person at the salad bar and three people actually waiting in the front area. I wanted to order the salad bar that was fully stocked. I was told I had to place the order online and it will be 45 minutes. REALLY!! I wasn't ready for that response. Not a chance...just awful."

"The location seems outdated. The Pot Roast was lacking flavor and swimming in the ajus, which was not good. The toast was burnt. The plate was not appealing at all. The portion size on the fish and chips for an adult portion did not match. Spoke with QUINCY THE MANAGER WHO WAS VERY UNDERSTANING AND ACCEPTIVE of all of my concerns. We had placed some to go orders prior to the Dine in order. QUINCY made sure that these orders were correct . Thank you Quincy."

"Only problem I have is when I get their at 8:06 pm THEY TELL ME THEY CLOSE DUE TO SHORT STAFF.HOW EVER I RAISE A CONCRN AND SPEAK TO THE MANAGER AND SHARE MY CONCERNS THEN THEY ALLOW ME TO STAY.ALSO THE RESTAURANT IS STILL OPEN TO DOOR DASH and Uber Eats or DELIVERY."

"Since we were pretty much waiting and bored during our visit, let me wrap my review into an attempt of writing something slightly more entertaining. Once upon a time, in a land not so far away, we embarked on a whimsical adventure to a place we thought would be the perfect prelude to our international journey. Little did we know, dear readers, that this tale would be filled with more surprises than a fairy godmother's wand. As we approached the restaurant, a curious sight befell us. It was the peak of dining hours, yet the place resembled a quiet enchanted forest. A question fluttered in our minds, like a mischievous woodland sprite: why, oh why, was it so deserted? Alas, the enchantment began to wane as we ventured deeper into the establishment. The true test of our patience arose - the wait time. We waited, and waited some more, a whole 90 minutes, if you can believe it! But the feast that eventually arrived was no grand banquet from the royal kitchens; it was a mere spread of Ruby Tuesday's fare - onion rings, an Italian beef sandwich, and pasta, as ordinary as a pumpkin carriage. Our server, a mystical being in her own right, seemed to have mastered the art of disappearing acts. Refills were as rare as finding a four-leaf clover, and the drinks themselves embarked on a journey longer than a knight's quest. She would emerge sporadically from the kitchen, like a fleeting fairy, leaving us with nothing but longing for our meal. The kitchen, shrouded in mystery, held secrets we dared not fathom, for who knew what sorcery brewed within? As we sat in hushed wonder, we decided against voicing our grievances. There was a palpable enchantment in the air, a sense that any complaint might conjure dark magic upon our food. But the climax of this tale arrived when our server, seemingly enchanted herself with forgetfulness, presented us with the bill, beer in tow, and demanded payment. Ah, but we, clever as the fox in the forest, had requested the bill with our meal, foreseeing such a twist in this enchanting tale. Who trained these mystifying servers, we wondered? In a brave act of chivalry, I sought an audience with the manager, the keeper of this mystical realm. He offered reparations, as if trying to break the enchantment that had befallen us. He granted us the gift of a comped beer, a 20% discount on our ordinary feast, and a waiver of the service charge. But, dear readers, if ever there were a server who danced on the edge of deserving no tip, it was she. And so, we leave you with this enchanted tale, a story of whimsy and wonder. As for Gordon Ramsay, the renowned culinary sorcerer, he may not tread upon the realm of chain restaurants. To the reputation team of Ruby Tuesday, should you seek our experience report, you need not venture further, for this tale shall suffice. "Terrible service, everyone that came in waited at least 5 minutes while the hostess was in the back hanging out with the servers. Our server was not bad, but the food was mediocre at best and very pricey for what it was. I'd suggest skipping this place."
