"This has got to be the worst Pizza Hut in existence. How do you mess up a pizza? It’s just a pizza! They gave me an undercooked pizza. It didn’t even look right. Who runs this establishment? There is no one in leadership there with any sense. Absolutely reprehensible. Please don’t spend your money here. If the employees don’t want to work they might as well shut this location down."
"ordered my food at around 9pm, and recently got the food at almost 11pm. almost 2 hours...unacceptable. I called the "store" and it was a call center where they transferred you to the store and was on hold for over 35 minutes with no one answering. would never order from here again. edit: food finally arrived. they forgot my drink and food isn't even hot. so i have a feeling the food has been sitting for quite some time. Truly Unacceptable."
"the system allows you to order pizza until about 1050 they don’t like to work so they will cancel your order. my order went in at 1038 instead of 1030 so they canceled my order and my family won’t be able to eat tonight since it was a last resort. thank you"
"So I’ve actually never had a problem with this place. I’ve been around the corner for years and and my order is always simple. Whoever was in there on 10/29/23 around 8pm added a $10 tip to a $15 order EVEN THO I TIPPED HER IN CASH, when I picked up the order. And I always tip. But now out of principal, I can’t order there anymore."
"We are from out of town, and ordered a supreme and added sausage for an additional cost around 10:30. They delivered at the hotel at 11:06. By the time we went back to our room and opened up the pizza, we got this one instead. Today, we called them back to tell them that they got our order wrong and were put online while they went back to work while we were still on line and can hear them. We then tried to call the call center and got routed to them again. The second time, they just hung up on us. We called the call center back and they were no help as well. They either are just pushing us through to the location or just hung up on us. For a $38 pizza order, this isn’t worth it, but now it’s the principle. We are still on the phone with the call center and it’s been almost an hour now. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE."
