"Just ordered a medium coffee. What I got was rebrewed old coffee. Once I added my cream and sugar I have cream water. Definitely not what I paid for. The woman at the back window was pleasant. Whoever was preparing drinks didn't even pay attention to the condiments on the screen. I had to request them at the window. They gave me 2x the amount of sugar & creamer I requested. Last I checked it takes about 13 seconds to dump the grounds, put in a new filter, and tear a package of fresh grounds open and dump them in. 3-4 minutes for the pot to brew."
"Had to walk in for my curbside pick up (not their fault, it was app problem causing misscomm), but then again it was quiet and they can clearly see my car from the drivethru window. Then once in, I was surrounded by 3 people.. one of them cussed at me, and my order is missing 1 item even though they claimed they’ve got it ready before I got there. Yea.. not coming back."
"Ordered a fresh fish sandwich (only), instead received an overheated microwave sandwich. Staff is very rude and unprofessional. I paid over $7 for the sandwich and cashier tried convincing me to receive refund on a card because she wanted to avoid returning my cash!"
"I ordered 2 meals and drinks upgraded to 2 large pineapple mango smoothies $2 more each. The drinks looked rationed and filled only to 3/4 capacity. Wow really! we paying for drinks that are not even 90% filled. This is a major problem. The food expensive and down sized."
"Why do people in the State of Georgia give the worse customer service. I have never as a military disabled vet experienced so much rudeness and sh$$ talking from staff. After walking 10 miles I stopped and figured I would get some breakfast and coffee. I not only had to wait at the counter I was given dirty looks and made fun of. You know people and customers just want acknowledgement and understanding. Tall African short hair female was beyond rude... she got My coffee and I asked for sugar well she could of said sugar in the bag but no she went off and made me feel stupid, she was more then rude... I ain't coming back here horrible service. This disabled vet is not pleased"
