"This location is one of the worst in the area. They never answer the phone. I spent 30 minutes calling them, and when I tried other locations I was able to reach them. The app placed an order at the wrong location, and to cancel it you have to call through the phone. I ordered because I had the $10 reward for being a consistent customer. I couldn't cancel it because I wasn't able to reach anybody. I considered this very bad customer service, and this wasn't the first time."
"This visit was a true disappointment. The server waiting on me appeared to be counting the pieces of chicken and beans. When I asked for other items to be added, there seemed to be some hesitancy. The drink machine was leaking, so there was wet, sticky waste on the floor. The salsa bar and condiment areas were all dirty. If I had seen that prior to ordering, I would have left. I have given Moe's three times to get it right, but they continue to disappoint me."
"The cashier was super nice the moment I walked in the door. They say 'welcome' with upbeat and positivity. The portions are smaller compared to other Moe's. The environment was very clean, one of the cleanest locations visited. I will revisit again. "I was only given a handful of chips and told if I wanted more it was extra! ON TOP OF THAT, THE CHIPS WEREN'T FRESH!!! Also, I got a veggie bowl and was charged for a wrap! I'm told the veggie bowl was good though. I don't remember ever having any issues like this at other locations! If this is how Moe's is treating it's customers, I'll have to stay with Willy's only from now on!!!"
