"The manager was very unprofessional the doors was supposed to be opened at 5am. I asked for her to open the doors because I had just got off work doing security but I also wanted breakfast before going home i begged you manager to allow me to use the bathroom an she decided to disrespect me talking about my vehicle a everything that’s irrelevant to the matter . You’re probably short staffed because the wrong person have authority. Appreciate your staff an wonder why everyone quit their job the wrong people are managers. As well as they got their position they should lose it I circled the restaurant at least several times because of bad management"
"Took 20 mins to get up to the window and employee gave me an attitude when she read off a completely different order than what I had ordered and I said that wasn’t my order. Mgr came up to put in my correct order. Then at 2nd window I was still given a different order that had to be corrected. This place is a hot mess."
"Worst customer experience 40 minutes wait to get my food"
"Definitely the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. The corporate office should be ashamed of this place. Total cluster cuss. Started out when the ordering kiosk printed out my receipt with no ink so it was literally a blank piece of paper. Then we waited 20 minutes for them to bring out food to our table but they never brought it. Finally went up to the counter where they apparently had like a third of our order ready. Took him 30 more minutes to get the rest of it together. The staff was so disorganized that they finally started yelling out for the cashier to quit taking orders. There was so much yelling by the staff behind the counter that this place was a total zoo. Definitely the most stressful meal I’ve ever had in my life. Not to mention that they got two of our food items incorrect. Shame on you McDonalds!!!!"
