Wendy's

"I had a horrible experience from the start of ordering at the drive-through to me receiving My food. Whoever took my order in the drive-through was not very friendly. They didn’t greet me or anything they just told me to go ahead with my order they seem like they did not want to be there and I felt very rushed. I ordered two got one and had to be pulled for the next one and was told it was going to be 10 minutes. The girl Dee Who bought out my food didn’t greet me or anything just basically threw my bag at me and went inside when I told her that my sauces That I asked for and the straw from my drink Was not in the bag. She pointed to the straws inside the restaurant and told me to come inside and get it. I ordered two drinks which came with two meals and I didn’t receive my straws which should have been in the bag. I don’t think I should have had to ask for it. I also asked for sauce and didn’t receive it either. She stormed away and I was left to get out of my car to get what I asked for initially.. The food was good, but the service was horrible. I hope that she gets better training and has a better attitude soon."

"I HAD to leave a positive review for Wendy’s at Camp Creek. I hadn’t been there in years. (And gave only been a few times). The cashier, Jordan, was about to get off work. He was beyond polite, patient and answered all of my questions.This was the best service I’ve ever had at this place. He deserves a promotion (ASAP). He recommended mango lemonade (and it was really great). The fries were pretty warm (so glad I ate some before I got home/they had cooled off). The spicy chicken sandwich was tasty (as usual). Some of the fast food spots in this vicinity get a bad rap for poor customer service- hopefully not this place. Great job! Keep it up (& I’ll be back one of these days)."

"Wendy’s is always the very best of all fast food options. Always fresh and tastes great. I personally love their salads but my brother always gets the burgers and is equally happy. This location is well maintains and good, friendly customer service."

"When I got in I saw one of Manager call the police on one of the employee who can't talk maybe disabled. He was very friendly to customers but the manager was very aggressive to this particular employee and customers. I saw him got let go. I felt bad for him. I saw him tried really hard and the manager was bullying him. I ordered the baked potato with extra bacon and cheese. I paid extra money for it. I opened the potato at the store, there is no extra bacon or cheese. I told the same manager about my order and she didn't apologize just asked me to wait aside. SO RUDE!!"
