Wingstop

"This is the WORST experience that I've ever had at a Wing Stop! Beginning with placing my order(she didn't know what to do). There were six loud female employees in the food area laughing and playing around. No one had on gloves, no hand washing, looking at the cell phone, etc. It took 35 minutes to prepare 6 wings and fries. ALL of my food was half cooked. I finished cooking my wings in the air fryer. I thought I could talk to the manager the next day, but when she answered the phone I knew it was a mute point. It needs to be closed down and the staff needs to be fired or trained!!! This is the LAST time that i will EVER step my foot in this place. Find somewhere else to eat."

"I showed my military I’d for the discount and never received it. Once I spoke with both managers they said it’s nothing they can do. The customer service at this location is terrible. Then they got my order completely wrong and looked at me like so what. I will never go back to this location. Then a customer let them no that her fries was cold. The employee told her that they wasn’t instead of trying to solve the problem. I asked for extra crispy and still didn’t get it right. The soda machine offered nothing but zero calorie sodas after I paid for one. I informed them and once again they said it’s nothing they can do about it. This is by far the worst Wingstop I’ve been too. Please don’t spend your money at the Camp Creek location you will regret it."

"I ordered the 20 wing deal w fries and they forgot my fries, so I went in and politely told them I’m missing my friend. The bald headed older man accused me of stealing the fries and told me he was going to give me a refund, I told him I wanted my fries, so then he proceeded to tell me I needed the order receipt.. no problem I went out to my car and got it. Then when I brought it in he told me I needed the bag when he could have told me that as he was telling me I needed the receipt. At this point I felt he was being smart… so then I went out to the car again and got the bag and he accused me of taking the fries. But another team member actually gave me the missing fries I PAID FOR, but didn’t get when I initially went in to get my order… he was very rude and non welcoming. Idk what’s going on with people today but customer service has absolutely went down the drain. HORRIBLE…….& then on top of that the BBQ Korean wings were burnt and the sauce was absolutely disgusting. I do not reccom This store…. At all."

"I originally was going to order delivery then I changed it to carry out. I came in to pick up my order and was impressed by the cleanliness of the store as well as the professional appearance of the staff. I was quickly greeted and given my order. The store was empty and had plenty of seating so I decided to sit here and eat. All of my food was correct, it was hot and tasted fresh, just like it should. The ranch was nice and cold and paired well with my meal. I have sat here enjoying my meal for about 30 minutes and observed every other customer receiving the same treatment. The time from order to receipt for those customers was very acceptable in my opinion. Everyone here was working and the effectiveness of their communication with each other seems exemplary. I’d recommend this location if you are close by."

"I was hungry one night so I ordered this food via Uber Eats or doordash. I ordered the lemon pepper chicken wings and parmesan chicken wings. The wings were a good size but they needed to be cooked a little longer. That's only if you want them to be really kind of crispy. I also ordered two barbecue chicken tenders which was pretty good. I was really surprised by the cajun fries I don't know what I expected but they were really good kind of reminded me of 5 Guys. If you can't take the heat do not order cajun fries that's all I'm going to say. They weren't super hot but they were they had some definite kick. Another nice surprise is that they sell yeast rolls oh my God I love yeast rolls. They were so so good. I would definitely order from here again."
