"DO NOT LET DR. TEKIN CARE FOR YOU TEETH IF YOU WANT TO KEEP THEM! I have been a patient of Dr. Tekin for at least 4 years I came to him with healthy teeth besides a couple of crowns from my previous dentist that I have been seeing since a child. I only wanted a cleaning due to insurance switching at work and wanted to continue to my regularly cleaning routine! Now since under the care of this place I have had two teeth extracted, after getting crowns replaced/repaired. I have spent years of time, gas and money going back and forth with Dr. Tekin from cracked/failed crowns, and Root canals! Recently, exactly the end of last year (2022) one of my crowns cracked again!!! I went back to Dr. Tekin for a repair and he put a “band aid” on the issue instead of replacing the entire crown and properly sealing it lead to my tooth getting infected and having to be extracted. I went for a second opinion after having soooo many issues with him and I’m glad I did because before he put a “band aid” on the issue I have before and after X-rays and proof from my new dentist of the lazy work from Dr. Tekin. I have spoken to his assistant Sterling a dozen times and she is aware, I have sent emails and no response, I have called dozens of times and no one answer the phone or return my calls. I have requested that my records be sent to my new dentist and that has not been done yet either! I have spent over $3,000 this year getting another dental implant under the care of Dr. Tekin! Once again if you want to keep your teeth Do not go here! This has been a major financial and emotional burden on me! I am currently waiting to finish my dental implant procedure as we speak but I have to wait until next year (2024) because I am maxed on my dental benefits because of him!!!!"

"Beware! Clinic appears to struggle with communication. I have been a patient of Dr. Tekin for nearly four years and I am posting now in a hope to get his attention. On June 14th I agreed to take his recommendation and remove two permanent retainers and purchase nightly retainers from him. He took the scans and said he would contact me when they were ready in a couple weeks. Today is August 3rd and I do not have my retainers. I have used their messaging service and been given the run around and I have made a reasonable effort to contact his office for an update and I have no idea when or if I will receive my retainer at this point. The phone service will send you to the answering service rather than being answered so it’s impossible to get in touch with anyone. I hope to hear from the practice at some point, but at this point I’m not sure if they’re even in business."

"Pleasant experience from the moment I walked in the door. The receptionists are very kind. I brought my 4 year old daughter and they made her feel so welcomed. Christina, the dental hygienist is so sweet and very knowledgeable. Lastly, Dr. Tekin was nothing short of amazing. He was informative, very thorough and kinda funny lol. Definitely recommend!"
