"Don't confuse this property with the Holiday Inn Riverfront down the street, which is a disaster. This is a great, clean facility with a wonderful staff and clean rooms. The property was well-maintained and my room was impeccable."
"One of the nicest places I have stayed. Breakfast was very nice different options each day. The coffee was very fresh and hot- I love my coffee in the morning LOL nice and clean room and also nice decorations in the public area."
"Rooms smell too strong of air freshener that my allergies flared up, come to find out it's in ac unit. Water does not get hot, just warm. Housekeeping is lacking, hair in tub, bed. The toilet was dirty on the outside of the bowl. Hate the sliding door for the bathrooms, don't feel as private, and room doors are so heavy it's ridiculous. Staff was super friendly, breakfast very good, sitting area outside and lobby is beautiful."
"Not a lot of parking for truck and trailer if you’re hauling, you have to park in the street. Beautiful lobby! Refreshing water offered. I noticed the bathroom door was off track and caused a problem for privacy in the room as it would swing out easily. The shower head handle spun around and made it difficult to get ahold of. There were some stains on the chair. The AC vents looked dirty/dusty. I was disappointed there was only one coffee in the room, but plenty more downstairs. The headboard was loud when leaned against. Some ottomans were missing wheels. The bed was super comfortable! The snack options in the market were great! I was disappointed there was no cream cheese or butter for the bagel/toast offered, however the breakfast was probably the best I’ve had at this level of hotel. I would like to see vanilla creamer as an option downstairs as well. Overall a good stay"
