Quality Inn Covington

"This place was horrible. It was very dirty and there was dust on everything. It smelled like a nursing home as soon as you walk in the room. The smoke detector was hanging off the wall, and there was something splashed on the refrigerator and some of the plugs that had dried up from who knows how long ago. It was so bad I didn’t even unpack anything, and I put some of my items back in my car. I’m surprised they are still in business. I only ended up staying one night, and they wouldn’t refund my money for the second night, even though the front desk told me they would give me at least half of it back. Don’t go here!!!!"

"I got my sister and brother in law to stay there and booked it the first time. We got a discount. She decided to come again at a spur of the moment and booked it herself. She called me and told me that they wouldn’t give her a discount. I was there when they checked in both times. I asked the lady why didn’t she get a discount and she said that they don’t give discount no more. I complained a little more. I had to go the next morning to get my sisters recite. I asked the lady again my don’t they give discount and she said that you have to go on line. That’s bull. I called at night when she wasn’t there and asked what the price would be for the next night. She told me and then I asked about a discount and she quoted me a discount price. Why can one person give discount and another want. I called Ben the manager 2 times and want talk or call me. Why. I can ask his he in with not giving discount for whatever reason. They want get my and my sisters business no more. If Quality Inn represents this type of fraud to go on. I will try to stay away from Quality Inns. Sorry Ben that you are not the friendly manager and don’t care about your job and don’t care about making sure the people does there job correct. Hope you love GOD I do and I want to treat people like I want to be treated. Have a good life"

"This place is horrible and if I could leave -5 rating, I would! Paid for joining rooms as we had our grandkids with us. Did not get them. Paid for a pool for them. Would not open it because it was dirty! We paid quite a bit for an absolutely lousy stay!!! Staff was nice. That’s the best thing I can say about this place. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!"

"We stayed here for 6 nights,3 of us in a 2 double bed. The beds were decent and there wasn’t any bugs. The only complaints I had were breakfast was very limited (cereal/ waffles/ bread), we were only gave 2 towels with there being three of us. House keeping came in daily to change trash but did not replace towels or make beds (they oddly switch our personal blankets on the beds but did not make the beds or anything). There was a bit of construction going on and it was a little noisy during the day but not at night. The worst part was We had to book a smoking room even though we do not smoke and house keeping would come in and smoke in our room and leave their ashes in our toilet and stink the room up. However, Overall, I would stay here again at a different time."
