"I moved out last month and thank God ! My mental health was suffering from seeing mice every week! I truly have PTSD from living there . I have a beautiful 4 bedroom home now but I’m still traumatized from living here . I was going to sleep in my car at one point because they mice were so prevalent. I lived here for 4 years but the mice started to invade my unit in August 2023. Also it wasn’t just my unit! It’s the apartment complex itself !!! Please don’t move here . Your kids don’t deserve to live among mice . I am still traumatized and I thank God I got approved for this house because living in Fieldcrest made me want to cry . Just move guys . The mice are there to stay."

"so I’ve lived here for not even a whole year and I’ve had an infestation of mice. When i say infestation I’m talking about more than 20. Then they try to blame me for the mice problem blaming it on housekeeping when really pest control don’t really do anything but bring 1-2 traps. Then says “a week or so goes by and we don’t hear anything so we assume the problem is resolved” . Maintenance isn’t any better because they take forever to come and fix the problem you tell them needs fixing. Did i mention they walked in my apartment when I wasn’t home and was sending pictures to the property manager trying to cover themselves when it’s their problems to fix. Would NOT recommend because the property manager Chiquita likes to get smart while on the phone and don’t resolve issues like you think she should. They will hear from my legal team"

"The worst place to live!!! Not worth the price of the rent. Parking is horrible! The apartments are old and in need of repair! The roaches are horrible here! You will regret your stay here!!!"

"They said I did not give proper notice (60 days) meanwhile I did and have proof. They also put it on my credit report! Then charged normal cleaning fees like cleaning a oven… meanwhile i barely used it and it had harsh stains upon move in. Please do not rent from here. Management sucks and pest control was not at all effective. The arrogant replies to tenant grievances shows the type of company they run! Below they attempted to say i damaged the apartment not true! The blind was damaged prior to my move to in. The paint chipped because it was cheap! the piece of furniture i left a chair. They make their contracts very broad so they can hit you with all those fees."

"Absolutely recommend if you don't mind roaches. They rented to me, kindly, when I didn't even have a job! I had money in the bank tho. The street lights are always out, pestcontrol never came and the office is always locked. When I got a job in Atlanta and needed to relocate, they refused to let me rescind the signature on my new lease, not even in effect yet... they said no, and are trying to charge me $1500 for insufficient notice. So, yes, if you love roaches, old everything, and a locked office, rent here. As long as you got money, you don't need a job! Edited to reflect that nobody will return calls so I'm lowering to 1 star"
