"Great place, very nice management staff. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are very clean and the bed is ultra comfortable. The location is great, there are plenty of shopping stores near as well as restaurants. The area is peaceful and quiet."
"My family and I visited Hampton Inn, Covington the week of 1/30/24 and I gotta say, Daniel at the front desk was so accommodating to us. My 2 month old is going through something called the "Witching Hour" where he cries until the early hours of the night. Daniel allowed us to use the conference room on the ground floor so that his screaming wouldn't be heard from other guests. Without Daniel's help, it could have been a most unpleasant vacation for not just us, but other guests who wanted a quiet night. You're truly a lifesaver, and made the trip so much better. We hope to visit again!"
"Perfect location if you’re a TVD fan, less than 10 minutes away from the square. Service was awesome and friendly, breakfast was great, the room was very clean! We are so happy to have ended up at a great hotel! When we come back, we will return to this hotel 100%. It was a great experience!"
"Every employee we encountered was 5 stars excellent service. The rooms were clean and good shape. 75$ for my cocker spaniel was a bit much in my opinion but we would stay again on our next trip through. Great location and plenty of amenities around the area."
"We had a large group booked there. The rooms were clean, maybe a little stuffy, but comfortable. The staff was great. Maybe the front desk could have been more welcoming at check in with a smile, but they may have been a little intimidated by our group. The breakfast staff and the housekeeping staff were amazing, welcoming and it felt genuine."
