"Building and rooms are roomy and clean with kitchenette and the entire staff from the front desk, cooks and cleaning team were all outstanding!! Breakfast was convenient, parking easy and food places all around. Nice barbq area and firepit. Really nice for the price. I would definitely come back. Good job Hilton."
"Found that you can not use the HDMI ports on the TV any longer in the room. This needs to be corrected. Bedside light requires attention as it was not working. Rooms should be looked at once a week to verify the working order of the items in the room. The staff are pleasant and helpful at the desk."
"Nice clean well lit Hotel property. Great water pressure❗️ could definitely work on the customer service. Front desk this morning gave us the run around on late check out, she said they were short handed and they just couldn't do it. The cleaning lady told me husband no rush take his time. My husband came to check out at 1145 and went to front desk to make sure keys were still active. The girl told him to go on up some one was up on 2nd floor to key him in. The lady up there would not let him in so he had to go back to desk and then she argued with him. She finally fixed the card and he went to get our things. Very clean and bright hotel. We love the kitchens. Good breakfast"
"We stayed here for a weekend and it was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Extremely clean and great staff. I had a special request that I needed upon checkout and they were more than receptive. If I have to stay in a hotel around there again it will definitely be here. All of the staff was Great!!!"
"Found bugs in bed when checked in. And what looked like poop stains on the towels. How did your employees even miss that? (See pics) Had to pack up my young son and move to another hotel immediately. Very very disappointed disgusted and dissatisfied. Only give star for the front desk asst manager who tried to help me best he could. The Owner, wouldn’t even comp me a night some place else since my refund would take days to get back in my account. Was very disappointed especially for a new opening hotel with a clean guarantee. Should have better cleaning protocol or something. You did not guarantee a clean place where I felt comfortable and safe in. Shame"
