"Do you want an honest review? Well, I'm going to give it to you. Great residents, clean grounds, some maintenance staff are very friendly. Apartments? Horrible. Old appliances, they don't fix anything and tell you it's your responsibility. If you prefer coming home to an apartment that becomes unbearably hot in the summer, then this is the ideal choice for you as the air conditioners doesn't effectively cool the space. I had to install an A/C unit in the window a few weeks ago. If you like unusual pets, this is the ideal place for you. You'll have everything from bedbugs, cockroaches, to mice that visit you at night and eat your bread. If you like black mold on your ceiling, having your car vandalized, or parts of your vehicle stolen, then I highly recommend you move to Spring Hill Apartments. Best part? You will be gaslighted by the manager."

"Do not move here!!!! I lived there last year and I was one of the cleanest residents ever. However, when I complained about my upstairs neighbor having her kids jump and play after midnight on weekdays, all they did was speak to her and she never stop. Then when the same neighbor had kids flood my apartment they did not evict her. I paid rent just like she did and they didn’t consider my side. This property wasn’t that great, and they always had something going wrong and maintained took for ever to fix. I had to go management multiple times to get the same thing fix!! The Corporate office terrible as well. Don’t use Princeton Property Management"
