"There have been lots of issues over the past 2 years with no response, no maintenance, etc. However, Barbara is making a real effort. She even stopped by to see if my issue had been resolved. No it’s not perfect but I like to give credit when it’s due. Thanks Barbara for being consistent and on the ball."

"I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If it was possible to leave less than 1 star, I would. I moved in to find a filthy, tattered unit with broken a/c. Maintenance is stretched thin and act like they can't be bothered with issues that should have been fixed months before I moved in. I honestly believe there are much nicer units here but because of my race I was placed in the worst unit available. The doors and windows have clear damage that the unit must have suffered a break-in previously, leaving the door in horrible shape. Their standards are non existent or it was by design to place me in a unit with so many problems. Problems they don't even want to address. I doubt I'll be able to stay here the entire year. I'm disgusted with the conditions they expect me to live in. I'll be taking this to the news if it doesn't get fixed within the month. This feels criminal. Stay away and find a nicer place for $1300! 2023 update: Nothing has gotten fixed. Office staff never answers the phone and I'm not sure if maintenance even exists. Rent has gone up, though. And that number the office leaves for us to call? Yes, you guessed it...no one answers. Their replies here are just for appearances only."

"The place started out great until my husband and I started to move out. The entire time we were there, we were lucky to have someone in the office. When we moved out, I had an overdue payment when I had thought I paid the last of it. I tried calling and emailing them as well as calling their other offices, and it still resulted in no one reaching back out to me. If they had a consistent person in the office, it would've made our experience a lot better."

"They “fixed” the parking spaces but incorrectly labeled the spots afterwards, causing all the neighbors to park in the wrong spaces. I had to park my motorcycle on the edge of the parking spaces, and it got stolen. Pipes rattle when using any faucet, and Cockroaches are abundant despite us being clean. Wouldn’t recommend living here."

"I still live here, everything was fine until the day the air conditioning failed, I made the complaint orally, then I sent an e-mail that is dated May 2021, at the end of July, they only run the system for days and then it was left without this valuable service. I call their emergency number and they ignore me, or they only answer me for fulfilling the call today the temperature is 90F and I have to sleep with my children in this condition and I have a week since the last time they fixed it in quotes. but I still don't sleep. Hello everyone, this apartment building changed hands from approximately September 2021, again I feel happy with my family living in it.... I recommend it five stars."
