"THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. The only reason I gave a one star is because there’s no option for zero. Do not believe any of the recent reviews that you see about this and that person being nice and helpful. It is a tactic that they are using where when a maintenance person comes in to “fix” any of the many issues that exist, they literally breathe down your neck to have you complete a review. They even send the link before completing the job. THIS PLACE IS WORST. Everything about the building is old, so don’t believe the images. My apartment reeks of cigarette and I don’t smoke, there are roaches, there’s what appears to be mould/mildew, and air from outside comes through my window. I moved here at the end of July under another property management because I had just moved to the area and needed somewhere quick. They weren’t the best but whenever I sent in a maintenance request, it was met. Soon after Real Property Management took over and it’s like I’m fighting a battle to live in a healthy environment, although I’m paying my rent. I have what appears to be mould growing in one room and I have constantly been sharing the issue with Ashley and making maintenance requests, but someone came once and said the windows need to changed and that was in November, and to date, nothing has been and the issue is getting worse. Please look somewhere else. This is not it."
