"I have had a great experience with management (Mrs Holly) and maintenance (Corey) both have been very professional, very kind and quick to handle any issues I have had. The apartments are very nice, I have my own porch, with up to date appliances, washer and dryer hook up but remember these are apartments and you will hear noises, for example my phone fell and the neighbor underneath me beat on the ceiling so if you want no noise then you need to buy a house. The walls are very thin that my neighbors in 205A smoke weed all the time on the porch and inside the house all night and in the morning and it's so strong it comes in my bathroom and room with my mom who is on hospice. Unfortunately you can't help that you have neighbors who don't respect rules or like to have a nice clean area to live in because they throw their trash out their cars on the ground, some of the kids and adults don't put the trash in the dumpster properly but I believe if they start giving out fines I believe it would change. It is quiet around here and the school system is very good and the kids do get picked up by the bus. There is a playground for the kids. There are no assigned parking spaces. In the office they have a workout area. The property is surrounded by cameras that they do watch and you can cameras on your door as well. I would definitely recommend staying as a stepping stone and always report illegal activity."
"They was good at the beginning but they change management all the time when it time to pay rent they will loose your money order or check and will want you to pay again even if you showed them proof. I sent them to court twice nothing have change. My apartment had mold from all the rain I told them to change the carpets and to fix the mold they just sprayed and paint over. I have a breathing problem so you you can imagine how I was feeling. The last manager told me I don’t need to pay for the last payment because I was move out on the last month of the year base on my troubles I had staying their but it February I was told I owe money and they wasn’t going to give my deposit back even if I showed them proof of what the management said . I would not recommend you stay there but you are at your own risk."
"This place so nasty that when it rain out carpet get wet and naked face that like it’s freaking nasty people here plus plus when we called our office we n JUST DON”T LIVE THERE It’s very nasty and they will give us a house that bin shooting"
"When I first moved in, It was nice. BUT the C building is horrible! The police are always having to be called and I have complained about the illegal activity in the complex for months. There was always a STRONG odor of marijuana that came into the apartment because neighbors would hide out on my side (because it was out of sight of anyone) and continuously smoke. When I complained there was NEVER anything done. After months of living there the complex was informed about my income change and because of that I no longer qualified for "income based" even if I got a 3 bedroom so I needed to move. 2 weeks after being told this there was an inspection done and the Property Manager came to my door stating that she needed a key because when the keys were made she never got a copy (sounded weird but ok) I told her that I had to work and that I needed my key back before I left so that I could lock my door. I never received the key back and when I went to the office they told me that they would lock it for me (i trusted her since I have never had a reason not to) needless to say my apartment was "broken" into and destroyed and when I called the police and did a report I spoke with someone from corporate and they KNEW the situation and that I wanted to get out of my lease due to everything happening as well the break in happening BECAUSE of the property manager having my key and keeping my door opened. I was TOLD that I could get out of my lease and NOT be penalized due to the situation by Corporate and that they needed a copy of the police report. After moving and trying to communicate with management (which she would not even see me). I now have this complex on my credit report after being told that THIS WOULD NOT HAPPEN! I have tried contacting corporate as well as the complex and I have not received a call back after months."
