"2/15/2024 Tee & Christian have been an amazing team since they've been here! They work hard, they're dedicated, and they care!! I've been here a long time and I must say, they have been the most hands on, assertive, caring staff!! To watch this place turnover onsite management and maintenance has been a problem for everyone. They have stayed a long time and have fixed many issues, lowered crime and random kids smoking weed everywhere, stopped the vandalism, fixed issues asap, and provided free things to the community here. I hope they're not leaving. I like living here in the area, so I don't want to say much else about anything else. 12/28/2020 UPDATED REVIEW *READ* We have lived here over a year now. They have added a wonderful dog park and a beautiful gazebo area. Updated a few things and installed security cameras!! After being here a year, I can truthfully say I like the place, and enjoy raising my kids here! If you have a problem you take it to the office, and yes they do take care of it! However, you must let them know, they are not mind readers and do not live in your apartment. I have had seldom issues with my apartment but the few things I have had problems with they fixed in a timely manner after reporting. Heidi did leave and the new office manager is Latricia and she is amazing! She handles all problems brought to her and she works hard to keep this place clean, beautiful, and happy!! I recommend her just like I did Heidi. The renewal process was easy. Paperwork sent out in a timely manner and broken down and explained to me in detail for any questions I had. Maintenance is good to! They make sure everything is going smoothly, take care of the grounds, and almost always available in an emergency. They both go above and beyond for us here at Summer Creek! Trust me when I say that! They go above and beyond. Any issues I've had, Latricia handled them so much more than I would have expected! The park is just as fun as it was the 1st day for my kids and I'm hoping that c19 will slow down some, because I'm honestly ready to jump in the pool. The reason I chose this place to live and c19 messed up the whole Summer. I still stand by my statement that this is the best apartment complex compared to the others in the nearby area. Thank you Summer Creek for making this a beautiful, friendly, clean, comfy place to raise my kids at!! ******************************************** 11/2019------> In the present I can rate a wonderful 5 star review! Heidi - she works in the main office and helped me with the application process, answering any questions i had and still have in full complete detail, she takes her time to make sure you are understanding everything that is going on. The apartments are roomy, the pool (not open again until April) goes to 5ft, the gym room has the few things I actually enjoy doing (and no steep gym charge, not even a penny more to use it), they offer a coin washer and dryer and the room itself smells warm and full of wonderful detergent scents. The park is amazing and the slide is huge, offers swings, and an area to walk around. There are trash dumpsters located throughout the complex and also picnic tables and grills (I had to go buy grill stuff for on sale at food lion right now). All in all a great area to great schools, a great church Harbour Lake Baptist, and a local walmart! The rules will be easy to follow and I will update more as I become a more permanent resident. I already stay in the area and can tell you for this price and the ratings of the surrounding apartments, this should be your only choice!!"

"Overall a great complex. The new manager is nice. They maintain the landscape well so everything looks good. Only problem I have is that the playground and the fence around it and the basketball court need repairs and have for a while. I like it being there for safety, (our old apartments didn't fence in the playground and it felt unsafe, especially since it was surrounded by the parking lot) so I hope they get around to fixing it."
